Teriyaki Stir Fry
Shroomy Steak


(Serves 2)

Teriyaki sauce :

  • 1 thumb grated ginger

  • 2 cloves grated garlic

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 80ml dark soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 80g dark brown sugar

Stir fry :

  • 20ml vegetable oil

  • 2 mixed peppers sliced

  • 2 Shroomy steaks - defrosted and sliced

Method :

Mix all the Teriyaki sauce ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.

In a wok or large frying pan heat up vegetable oil. Once hot add steak and peppers, stir fry until nicely charred. Then add Teriyaki sauce and reduce until a sticky glaze.

Serve immediately with steamed rice.
