Shroomy Steak with Chimichurri sauce
(Serves 2)
Chimichurri :
Juice of 1 lime
2 garlic cloves peeled
100ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 whole red chilli
1 whole green chilli
Bunch of flat parsley
Bunch of coriander
Good pinch of salt
Method :
Put all ingredients into a bowl and using a stick hand blender - blend until smooth. Serve with your cooked, BBQ’d or griddled Shroomy steaks.
