Philly Shroomy
Steak Sub
(Serves 2)
Ingredients :
2 cooked Shroomy steaks - sliced
2 sub rolls - split open
2 mixed peppers sliced and stir fried
50g of cream cheese
Method :
Open sub roll and smother in cream cheese.
Mix peppers and steak together and place on top of cream cheese.
Serve immediately.
